The Turkey women's national volleyball team is formed by the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) and represents Turkey in international CEV and FIVB organizations.
The women's tournament in volleyball at the 2008 Summer Olympics was held at Capital Indoor Stadium and Beijing Institute of Technology Gymnasium from 9 to 23 August 2008.
Damla Çakıroğlu is a Turkish female volleyball player. She is 179 cm (5.87 ft) and was the captain of the girls' youth national team and the women's junior national team. She played for TVF Fine Arts and Sports High School in Ankara. She wears number 1.
Dilara Bağcı is a Turkish female volleyball player. She is 165 cm (5.41 ft) and played in the İller Bankası team before she transferred in October 2012 to Eczacıbaşı VitrA, which loaned her out to Bursa B.B. for one year. Bağcı was a member of the youth national team and the women's junior national team. She wears number 18.
The 2012 FIVB World Grand Prix was a women's volleyball tournament played by 16 countries starting 8 June 2012. The finals were held at the Beilun Sports and Arts Centre in Ningbo, China.
The 2013 Girls Youth Volleyball World Championship was held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, from 26 July to 4 August 2013. This was the first edition of the tournament that features 20 teams.

İller Bankası Women's Volleyball, shortly İlbank, is a women's volleyball team of İller Bankası Youth and Sports Club in Ankara, Turkey, sponsored by the Turkish state-owned bank of İller Bankası. Founded in 1995, the club's colors are blue and gold. The team is playing its home matches at the Selim Sırrı Tarcan Sport Hall.
The 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 22nd edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 28 countries from 25 July to 24 August 2014. The Group 1 final round was held in Tokyo, Japan. The Brazilian star team won the tournament for the tenth time, the second consecutive victory.
