The 2012 European Junior Cup was the second season of the European Junior Cup. It was contested on equal KTM 690 Duke bikes. Lukas Wimmer won the title. [1]

KTM Austrian motorcycle and sports car manufacturer

KTM AG is an Austrian bicycle, motorcycle and sports car manufacturer owned by Pierer Mobility AG & Indian manufacturer Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV. Miguel Oliveira Portuguese motorcycle racer

Miguel Ângelo Falcão de Oliveira is a Portuguese professional motorcycle racer. At the 2015 Italian motorcycle Grand Prix, Oliveira achieved the first World Championship victory for a Portuguese rider. He currently competes in the MotoGP World Championship for KTM Factory Racing, getting the step up from KTM Tech3, a satellite team, for whom he secured both the team's, and his, first and second win.

The British Supersport Championship, National Superstock 1000 & 600 and the British Motostar Championship are the four main championship series that are run as support races alongside the British Superbike Championship. In 2012 the Motostar category replaced the defunct 125cc category that had been running since the start of the British Superbike Championship in 1988, Motostar was open to both 125 and 250 machines similar to Moto 3 machines. The Supersport racing started in 1989 and is a class comprising 600cc Motorcycles that are allowed racing modifications and custom tuning. It wasn't until 2000 that the Superstock 1000 category replaced the defunct 250cc category, with the Superstock 600 championship being the newest addition on the support series in 2008. In 2010 the Superstock 1000 and Superstock 600 categories also supported the British rounds of the Superbike World Championship and the Moto GP both at Silverstone.

Danilo Petrucci Italian motorcycle racer

Danilo Carlo Petrucci is an Italian former Grand Prix motorcycle racer. After losing his KTM ride in MotoGP at the end of the 2021 season, he entered the 2022 Dakar Rally with a Tech3 KTM rally raid 450 cc machine in January 2022. He won two races in the MotoGP World Championship, and also won the Italian Superbike Championship (CIV) in 2011.

Brad Binder South African motorcycle racer

Brad Binder is a South African Grand Prix motorcycle racer. He is known for winning the 2016 Moto3 World Championship. In November 2019 he was confirmed as a factory KTM rider in MotoGP class for the 2020 season, replacing Johann Zarco who had abandoned his factory ride earlier in the year.

Péter Sebestyén is a Hungarian motorcycle racer, currently competing in the 2022 Supersport World Championship for the Evan Bros. Yamaha team. He has raced in the Superbike World Championship, the FIM Superstock 1000 Cup, the 2010 and 2011 125cc World Championships, the Spanish 125GP Championship, the German 125GP Championship, the European Junior Cup and the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.

The 2013 European Junior Cup was the third season of the European Junior Cup, and the first to use Honda CBR500R bikes after using KTM 690 Duke bikes in 2012.

KTM 390 series

The KTM 390 Duke and RC 390 are 373.2 cc (22.77 cu in) displacement single-cylinder engine motorcycles assembled by Bajaj Auto, and KTM Asia Motorcycle Manufacturing, Inc. (KAMMI) for the Austrian manufacturer KTM. The bikes were developed under a joint program of Bajaj and KTM engineers, in which the concept was developed in Austria, while everything else, including design and final product development, was done in India by Bajaj. The 390 Duke standard debuted at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan, Italy, and went on sale in India and the Philippines in 2013 and in the US in 2015. The RC 390 sport bike was presented at EICMA the following year. After the Duke's initial release, KTM CEO Stefan Pierer announced plans to export the 390 Duke to the US for 2014. Bajaj said eventually the bike will be sold in 80 countries worldwide.

The European Junior Cup was a motorcycling series held as a support series for the European rounds of the Superbike World Championship, hence the title. It was open to riders aged between 14–19; for 2015 the upper limit was increased to 21 for males and 23 for females, who also competed for a Women's European Cup; for 2016 the age limit for female riders was 24.

Liam Bertazzo Italian cyclist

Liam Bertazzo is an Italian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Vini Zabù. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships. He was named in the start list for the 2016 Giro d'Italia.

The 2015 KTM British Junior Cup was the first KTM British Junior Cup season. The KTM British Junior Cup Championship is a support category for the British Superbike Championship.

Tim Georgi is a German motorcycle racer. He competes in the FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship aboard a KTM RC250GP. He was the ADAC KTM Junior Cup champion in 2014, the IDM Moto3 Standard champion in 2015 and the ADAC Northern Europe Cup GP champion in 2017. He made his Grand Prix debut in the Moto3 class as a wild-card rider in the 2016 German Grand Prix.

The 2017 European Motocross Championship was the 29th European Motocross Championship season since it was revived in 1988. It included 15 events and 6 different classes. It started at Maggiora in Italy on 16 April, and ended at Villars-sous-Écot in France on 17 September. All rounds acted as support classes at the European rounds of the 2017 MXGP.

Raúl Fernández (motorcyclist) Spanish motorcycle racer

Raúl Fernández González is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer, contracted to compete in the 2022 MotoGP World Championship with KTM Tech3. His younger brother, Adrián, is also a motorcycle racer for in the Moto3 class. They are not related to Moto2 rider Augusto Fernández.

KTM 125 FRR Racing motorcycle

The KTM 125 FRR was a racing motorcycle made by KTM, which was used in the 125cc class of Grand Prix motorcycle racing from 2003 until 2011. The bike has been replaced by the KTM RC250GP from 2012 onwards.

The 2022 FIM Moto3 World Championship is a part of the 74th F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season.
