Laurynas Grigelis is a Lithuanian professional tennis player and a prominent member of the Lithuania Davis Cup team. Grigelis holds the best ATP doubles ranking for Lithuanian player of all time.

The 2012 Tennis Napoli Cup was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the 16th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2012 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Naples, Italy between 23 and 29 April 2012.

Laurynas Grigelis and Uladzimir Ignatik were the defending champions, but chose not to compete.
Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana defeated Philipp Marx and Florin Mergea 7–5, 6–4 in the final to win the title.
