2013 ABL Playoffs

The 2013 ABL Playoffs is the postseason of the 2013 ABL Regular Season which began on Saturday, 23 May 2013, and concluded on 12 June 2013 when the San Miguel Beermen were crowned the 2013 ABL Finals Champions after sweeping the Indonesia Warriors in the 2013 ABL Finals. [1] The four teams with the best regular season record qualified for the playoffs; the team with the higher seed was awarded the home court advantage.

The semifinals were in a best-of-5 format; the team that first won thrice advanced to the next round. The venues alternated between the opposing teams; the higher seed hosting Game 1, 2 and 5 (if necessary), while the lower seed hosted Game 3 and 4 (if necessary).

San Miguel Beermen Philippine professional basketball team

The San Miguel Beermen are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). It is one of three PBA clubs owned by the San Miguel Corporation group of companies along with the Magnolia Hotshots and Barangay Ginebra San Miguel. The ASEAN Basketball League (ABL), is a professional men's basketball league in East and Southeast Asia which includes five teams from Southeast Asian nations, one team from Hong Kong, two teams from Macau, and two teams from Taiwan. The league was proposed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and launched its inaugural season on 1 October 2009.

The 2009 PBA Fiesta Conference Finals was the best-of-7 championship series of the 2009 PBA Fiesta Conference and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs. The series was a best-of-seven affair and was the 97th championship disputed in the league. The San Miguel Beermen was a professional basketball team that played in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) from 2012 to 2013. The team was from the Philippines and owned by San Miguel Corporation (SMC). This franchise was separate and distinct from the original Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) franchise which played as the "Petron Blaze Boosters" when this team was active. The Beermen played most of their home games at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig but also played some of their games in the Olivarez College Gym, Ynares Center, and PhilSports Arena.

The 2019 PBA season was the 44th season of the Philippine Basketball Association. The league continued to use the three-conference format, starting with the Philippine Cup. The Commissioner's Cup and the Governors' Cup are the second and third conferences in the upcoming season.
