The 51st Dan Kolov & Nikola Petrov Tournament, was a sport wrestling event held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria between 15 and 17 February 2013. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
This international tournament includes competition in both men's and women's freestyle wrestling and men's Greco-Roman wrestling. This tournament is held in honor of Dan Kolov who was the first European freestyle wrestling champion from Bulgaria and European and World Champion Nikola Petroff. [8]

Doncho Kolev Danev, better known by the ring name Dan Kolov, was a Bulgarian professional wrestler and mixed martial artist born in Sennik, Bulgaria who was the first European freestyle wrestling champion from Bulgaria.
Maria Prevolaraki is a Greek freestyle wrestler. She competed in the freestyle 55 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics and was eliminated by Yuliya Ratkevich in the 1/8 finals.
Odunayo Folasade Adekuoroye is a Nigerian freestyle wrestler. She competed in the women's freestyle 53 kg event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where she won a gold medal and at the 2015 World Wrestling Championships where she won a bronze medal. She won the silver medal at the women's freestyle 55 kilograms 2017 World Wrestling Championships.
Elis Manolova is a Bulgarian-born Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler. At the 2019 World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, she won one of the bronze medals in the women's 65 kg event. She is also a gold medalist and a three-time silver medalist at the European Wrestling Championships. She represented Azerbaijan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
Andreea Beatrice Ana is a Romanian freestyle wrestler. She is a three-time medalist, including gold, at the European Wrestling Championships. She is the first female wrestler representing Romania to win a gold medal at the European Wrestling Championships. In 2021, she became under-23 world champion in the 55 kg event at the U23 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. She also represented Romania at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
Irina Rîngaci Ilie is a Moldovan freestyle wrestler. She won the gold medal in the women's 65 kg event at the 2021 World Wrestling Championships in Oslo, Norway. She is the first female wrestler representing Moldova to win a gold medal at the World Wrestling Championships. She is also a two-time gold medalist at the European Wrestling Championships.

Kiryl Maskevich is a Belarusian Greco-Roman wrestler. He is a silver medalist at both the World Wrestling Championships and the European Wrestling Championships. He also represented Belarus at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the men's 87 kg event.
