The 2014 Auto GP Series was the fifth year of the Auto GP, and the fifteenth season of the former Euroseries 3000. The championship began on 13 April in Marrakech, Morocco and finished on 19 October at the Autódromo do Estoril, after eight double-header rounds. [1]

Despite missing two rounds during the season, Euronova Racing driver Kimiya Sato was crowned champion, after winning six races over the course of the season. Sato won the championship by 14 points over Tamás Pál Kiss, who was a three-time race winner during the 2014 season. Super Nova International's Markus Pommer completed the championship top three in third position, 27 points in arrears of Pál Kiss, having won races in Marrakech and Monza. Aside from them, other drivers to win races were Andrea Roda at the Red Bull Ring, Kevin Giovesi, who won at Le Castellet and Monza, Shinya Michimi, who won the season's final race at Estoril, while Michela Cerruti became the first woman to win a race in the series, with a victory at Imola. In the teams' championship, Super Nova International fended off Virtuosi UK in a tight title race, with Super Nova prevailing by just six points.

The 2014 Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup was the ninth Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup season, an open-wheel motor racing series for emerging young racing drivers based in Europe. It was contested over 7 race meetings and a total of 15 races – 17 scheduled races, with 2 cancelled due to weather conditions – commencing on 12 April at Monza and concluding on 20 September at the Nürburgring.

The 2014 Italian F4 Championship was the inaugural season of the Italian F4 Championship, as it replaces Formula Abarth. It began on 8 June in Adria and finished on 12 October in Imola after seven triple header rounds.

The 2015 Italian F4 Championship was the second season of the Italian Formula 4 Championship. It began on 3 May in Vallelunga and finished on 4 October in Misano after seven triple header rounds.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Virtuosi Racing</span> British auto racing team

Virtuosi Racing is a British racing team currently competing in FIA Formula 2 and the F4 British Championship. The team previously raced in the Auto GP series, in addition to running the Russian Time outfit in Formula 2 and its predecessor GP2 Series from 2015 to 2018. With the withdrawal of Russian Time, the team assumed its new name UNI-Virtuosi Racing for the 2019 Formula 2 season. A partnership with watch company Invicta resulted in a further name change from the 2023 season onwards. The Formula 2 operation was again rebranded as Invicta Racing in 2024 after Invicta purchased an ownership stake.

Ukyō Sasahara is a Japanese racing driver for Toyota Gazoo Racing who is currently competing in Super GT and Super Formula for TOM'S. He was previously a factory driver for Honda, and has achieved successes in a wide variety of motorsport disciplines.

Zele Racing is an Austrian motor racing team currently competing in the BOSS GP series via a partnership with HS Engineering. The team has raced in Auto GP claiming the series' final stand-alone championship in 2015, along with having previously supported Super Formula teams Nakajima Racing and B-Max Racing, and B-Quik Absolute Racing in the Thailand Super Series.
