The 2014 Pan American Youth Championship was the second edition of the Pan American Youth Championship, an international field hockey competition held from 11 – 15 February 2014 in Montevideo, Uruguay. [1] [2]

Contents

The tournament also served as a direct qualifier for the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics, with the winner and runner-up qualifying.

Field hockey at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Womens tournament

The women's field hockey tournament at the 2016 Summer Olympics was the tenth edition of the field hockey event for women at the Summer Olympics. It took place over a fourteen-day period beginning on 6 August, and culminating with the medal finals on 19 August. All games were played at the Olympic Hockey Centre in Deodoro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The women's field hockey tournament at the 2015 Pan American Games was held in Toronto, Canada at the Pan Am / Parapan Am Fields from July 13 to 24.

The boys' tournament at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics was held at the Youth Olympic Sports Park from 17–27 August 2014.

Field hockey competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held from 13 to 25 July 2015, at the Pan Am / Parapan Am Fields, which are located on the back campus of the University of Toronto. A total of eight men's and women's teams will compete in each respective tournament.

The 2015 Men's Oceania Cup was the ninth edition of the men's field hockey tournament. It was held from 21 to 25 October in Stratford.

The 2016 Women's Junior Pan-Am Championship was the 8th edition of the Women's Pan American Junior Championship. It was held from 31 March to 9 April 2016 in Tacarigua, Trinidad and Tobago.

The 2019 Women's EuroHockey Championship was the 14th edition of the Women's EuroHockey Nations Championship, the biennial international women's field hockey championship of Europe organised by the European Hockey Federation.

Twelve teams qualified for the men's field hockey at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

The 2013 Men's South American Hockey Championship was the fourth edition of the Men's South American Hockey Championship and the sixth if you count the South American Games. It was held from 26 January until 2 February 2013 in Santiago, Chile.

The 2010 Pan American Youth Championship was the first edition of the Pan American Youth Championship, an international field hockey competition held from 13 – 20 March 2010 in Hermosillo, Mexico.
