Diatchenko and Gasparyan went on to win the tournament, defeating Michaela Boev and Anna-Lena Friedsam in the final, 6–4, 6–1.

Alexandra Panova and Tatiana Poutchek were the defending champions, but Poutchek decided not to participate.
Panova partnered with Akgul Amanmuradova, but were eliminated in the semifinals by Eleni Daniilidou and Vitalia Diatchenko.
Daniilidou and Diatchenko later defeated Lyudmyla Kichenok and Nadiya Kichenok in the final, 6–4, 6–3.

Vitalia Diatchenko and Galina Voskoboeva were the defending champions, but both chose not to participate.
Eleni Daniilidou and Vitalia Diatchenko were the defending champions, but decided not to defend their title together. Daniilidou played with Eva Birnerová, but lost in the first round to Lyudmyla Kichenok and Nadiya Kichenok.
Diatchenko played alongside Akgul Amanmuradova, losing in the semifinals to Paula Kania and Polina Pekhova.
They eventually won the title Anna Chakvetadze and Vesna Dolonc retired in the final after losing the first set 2–6.
Maria Elena Camerin and Vera Dushevina were the defending champions, having won the event in 2012, but Dushevina chose not to participate in 2013. Camerin partnered up with Tadeja Majerič, but they lost in the first round to Elena Bogdan and Valeria Savinykh.
Nadiia Kichenok was the defending champion, but lost in the first round to Akgul Amanmuradova.
Bojana Jovanovski was the defending champion, but she lost in the final to Karin Knapp who won her first WTA title without losing a set.
Tímea Babos and Yaroslava Shvedova were the defending champions; however, both players chose not to participate.
Alison Riske won the first edition of the tournament, defeating Belinda Bencic in the final, 6–3, 6–4.
Vitalia Diatchenko and Olga Savchuk were the defending champions, having won the event in 2013, however they both chose to participate with different partners. Diatchenko partnered Alexandra Panova and Savchuk partnered Lyudmyla Kichenok and both faced each other in the final, with Diatchenko and Panova defeating Kichenok and Savchuk, 3–6, 6–2, [10–4].
Margarita Gasparyan and Lyudmyla Kichenok were the defending champions, however both players chose not to participate.
Petra Krejsová and Tereza Smitková were the defending champions, but Krejsová chose to participate at the 2015 Hardee's Pro Classic whilst Smitková chose not to participate.
Misaki Doi and Elina Svitolina were the defending champions, but Doi decided not to participate.
Svitolina partnered Daria Gavrilova and successfully defended the title, defeating Çağla Büyükakçay and Jelena Janković in the final, 5–7, 6–1, [10–4].
Alexandra Panova and Heather Watson were the defending champions, but Watson chose not to participate. Panova successfully defended the title alongside Margarita Gasparyan, defeating Vitalia Diatchenko and Olga Savchuk in the final, 6–3, 7–5.
Teliana Pereira was the defending champion, but lost in the first round to Lyudmyla Kichenok.
Margarita Gasparyan and Alexandra Panova were the defending champions, but Gasparyan could not participate due to injury. Panova teamed up with Evgeniya Rodina, but they retired in the first round against Demi Schuurs and Renata Voráčová.
Abigail Spears and CoCo Vandeweghe were the defending champions, but chose not to participate this year.
Kiki Bertens was the defending champion and successfully defended her title, defeating Elena Rybakina in the final, 6–1, 6–3. This would be Bertens' final WTA Tour singles title before her retirement in July 2021.
Margarita Gasparyan and Ekaterina Makarova were the defending champions, but Gasparyan chose not to defend her title. Makarova retired from professional tennis in January 2020.
