Working equitation is an equestrian discipline. The world regulatory body is the World Association for Working Equitation.
The 2011 Vuelta a Burgos was the 33rd edition of the Vuelta a Burgos, an annual bicycle race which tours the province of Burgos. Beginning in Villarcayo on 3 August, it concluded at the Lagunas de Neila on 7 August. The 646.6 km long stage race was part of the 2010–11 UCI Europe Tour, and was classified as a 2.HC event. Joaquim Rodríguez won the general classification, while his teammate Daniel Moreno secured a 1–2 victory for Team Katusha. Reigning champion Samuel Sánchez participated but finished fourth. Rodríguez also claimed the points classification title.
The 2012 Volta ao Algarve was the 38th edition of the Volta ao Algarve cycling stage race. It was held from 15 to 19 February 2012, and was rated as a 2.1 event on the UCI Europe Tour.
The 2015 Volta a Portugal was a men's road bicycle race held from 29 July to 9 August 2015. It is the 77th edition of the men's stage race to be held, which was established in 1927. As part of the 2015 UCI Europe Tour, it is rated as a 2.1 event. Just before the start, the race was marked by controversy due to UCI an regulation amendment restricting the teams to 8 riders, issue just one month before the Volta. The race director, Joaquim Gomes achieved an exception and the teams raced with 9 riders each. Gustavo Veloso repeated the 2014 success.

Raúl Alarcón end the race in first place. However, in March 2021, due to doping all his results obtained between 28 July 2015 and 21 October 2019 were cancelled, including 2018 Volta a Portugal.
The 2019 Vuelta a España is the 74th edition of the Vuelta a España, one of cycling's Grand Tours. The Vuelta started in Torrevieja, with a team time trial on 24 August, and Stage 11 occurred on 4 September with a stage to Urdax. The race finished in Madrid on 15 September.

The 2022 season for Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team is the 20th season in the team's existence. The team has been a UCI WorldTeam since 2005, when the tier was first established. Long-time sponsor Quick-Step Flooring, which has been a title sponsor since the team's formation in 2003, continues its sponsorship, while Deceuninck ends its sponsorship after three years. In its place, the team will take on the name of one of Quick-Step's sub-brands, Alpha Vinyl. They use Specialized bicycles, Shimano drivetrain, Roval wheels and Vermarc clothing.
