The Singapore national football team represents Singapore in the senior men's international football. It is organised by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS), the governing body of football in Singapore, which is affiliated with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the regional ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). The team's colours are red and white. Singapore are colloquially known as "The Lions".

Bishan Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Bishan, Singapore. It is the main home ground of Singapore Premier League side, Lion City Sailors, and used mostly for football matches. The stadium was constructed in 1998 and is managed by Sport Singapore. The stadium is also third-in-line to host international football matches, behind the Singapore National Stadium and Jalan Besar Stadium.

The 2011 World Netball Championships was the 13th edition of the INF Netball World Cup, a quadrennial premier event in international netball. It was held in Singapore from 3–10 July. All 48 matches were played at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Singapore was chosen as the host nation at the 2007 IFNA Congress in Auckland.

The 2007 AFF Championship was the 6th edition of the AFF Championship, the football championship of Southeast Asia. The group stage was co-hosted by Singapore and Thailand from 12 to 17 January. Knockout stage with two-leg Home-and-away format was hosted from 23 January to 4 February 2007.

The Singapore women's national rugby union team are a national sporting side that represents Singapore in women's rugby union. They played their first test match in 2006.

Yu Mengyu is a retired Singaporean table tennis player. Born in Liaoning, China, Yu left China in 2006 at the age of 17 to join the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) under the Foreign Sports Talent Scheme. In the same year, Yu made her international debut for Singapore.

The Singapore national under-23 football team is the national under-23 association football team of Singapore. The team comes under the organisation of the Football Association of Singapore (FAS).

The Singapore national youth football team, nicknamed the Cubs, can refer to either of the following teams: the Under-16 team that represented the nation in the inaugural Youth Olympic Games and the Lion City Cup, and the Under-15s, which also took part in the Lion City Cup, and also the AFF U16 Championship. The youth team's honours include bronze for the Youth Olympic Games in 2010 on home soil, as well as second and third places for the Lion City Cup.

Singapore women's national floorball team is the national team of Singapore. At the 1999 Floorball Women's World Championship in Borlänge, Sweden, the team finished fifth in the B-Division. At the 2001 Floorball Women's World Championship in Riga, Latvia, the team finished third in the B-Division. At the 2003 Floorball Women's World Championship in Germany, the team finished fifth in the B-Division. At the 2005 Floorball Women's World Championship in Singapore, the team finished third in the B-Division. At the 2007 Floorball Women's World Championship in Frederikshavn, Denmark, the team finished tenth in the A-Division and were relegated to the B-Division.

Singapore competed at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships in Kazan, Russia from 24 July to 9 August 2015. This was the first time Singapore won a medal at the World Aquatics Championship, with Joseph Schooling winning bronze in the Men's 100 m butterfly event.
