The 2016 Belgian Road Cycling Cup (known as the Napoleon Games Cycling Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the inaugural edition of the Belgian Road Cycling Cup and was won by Timothy Dupont.

Jasper Stuyven is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Lidl–Trek. He is considered to be a classics specialist, and has won several major races including the 2021 Milan–San Remo, one of cycling's monuments, the 2020 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and the 2016 Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne. He has also had success in stage races, winning the overall classification of the 2019 Deutschland Tour as well as a stage of the 2015 Vuelta a España. Stuyven has also competed in six editions of the Tour de France, finishing on the podium several times on different stages.

Jean-Pierre "Jempy" Drucker is a retired Luxembourgish professional racing cyclist.

Tom Van Asbroeck is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Israel–Premier Tech. He was previously a member of the Topsport Vlaanderen–Baloise team, between 2012 and 2014. He was named in the start list for the 2015 Vuelta a España. In May 2018, he was named in the startlist for the Giro d'Italia. In August 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Tour de France.

Tiesj Benoot is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike.

Timo Roosen is a Dutch cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team dsm–firmenich PostNL. He was named in the start list for the 2015 Vuelta a España and the start list for the 2016 Tour de France. In 2021, he won the Dutch National Road Race Championships.

Oliver Naesen is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Decathlon–AG2R La Mondiale. Considered a specialist of the one-day classics, he won the 2017 Belgian National Road Race Championships, as well as the Bretagne Classic in 2016 and 2018. He is the brother of fellow racing cyclist Lawrence Naesen.

The 2017 Belgian Road Cycling Cup was the second edition of the Belgian Road Cycling Cup. It was won by Jasper De Buyst who overtook Kenny Dehaes in the standings by winning the final race, Binche–Chimay–Binche. Timothy Dupont was the defending champion.

Rasmus Fossum Tiller is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Uno-X Mobility. In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España.

Milan Menten is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Lotto–Dstny.

Julie Van de Velde is a Belgian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Fenix–Deceuninck. She rode in the women's road race event at the 2018 UCI Road World Championships. In 2019 she won the Flanders Ladies Classic and came second in the general classification at Gracia–Orlová.
