The 2016 FIBA Oceania Under-18 Championship for Women was the seventh FIBA Oceania Under-18 Championship for Women. This was also the FIBA Oceania's qualifying tournament for the 2017 FIBA Under-19 Women's Basketball World Cup. The tournament was held in Suva, Fiji, from 5 to 10 December 2016. [1] [2] Australia beat New Zealand in the final, 107–52, to earn the country's 7th consecutive gold in this event. [3]

The 2016 OFC Futsal Championship was the 11th edition of the OFC Futsal Championship, the annual international futsal championship organised by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) for the men's national teams of Oceania. The tournament was held in Suva, Fiji between 8–13 February 2016.
The 2015 FIBA Oceania Championship for Women was the 16th edition of the FIBA Oceania Championship for Women. Held in August 2015, it took the form of a two-game series between the Australian Opals and New Zealand Tall Ferns. It served as the qualifying tournament of FIBA Oceania for basketball at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. The first game was in Melbourne, Australia, on 15 August, the second in Tauranga, New Zealand, on 17 August. The Australian Opals won both games, and qualified for the Olympics, while the losing Tall Ferns qualified for the 2016 FIBA World Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Women, the final qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympics.
The 2014 FIBA Oceania Under-18 Championship for Women was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Oceania at the 2015 FIBA Under-19 World Championship for Women. The tournament was held in Suva, Fiji from November 27 to December 6.

The 2017 FIBA Asia Under-16 Championship for Women was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Asia at the 2018 FIBA Under-17 World Championship for Women. Originally slated to be held at Hyderabad, the tournament venue was moved and held in Bengaluru, India from October 22 to 28.

The 2017 Oceania Women's Sevens Championship is the seventh Oceania Women's Sevens tournament. It will be held in Suva, Fiji on 10–11 November 2017. The tournament serves as a qualifier for the 2018 Rugby World Cup Sevens, with the highest-placed team aside from Australia, Fiji and New Zealand advancing.

The 2019 FIBA Under-17 Women's Oceania Championship was an international under-17 basketball tournament held from 19 to 24 August 2019 by FIBA Oceania in Nouméa, New Caledonia. Australia were the defending champions and they successfully defended their title after defeating New Zealand in the final, 88–41.
The 2022 OFC Women's Nations Cup was the 12th edition of the OFC Women's Nations Cup, the quadrennial international football championship organised by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) for the women's national teams of the Oceanian region. It was originally scheduled from July to August 2022, but was moved to January and February to accommodate changes to the FIFA Women's International Match Calendar. The OFC announced on 4 March 2021 that it was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and on 29 April 2022 announced that Fiji would host the tournament from 13 to 30 July.
