The Horizon League is a collegiate athletic conference in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the league's eleven member schools are located in and near the Great Lakes region.
The Southeastern Conference baseball tournament is the conference tournament in baseball for the Southeastern Conference (SEC). It is a partially double-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season conference records. The Coastal Athletic Association baseball tournament, sometimes referred to simply as the CAA Tournament, is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Coastal Athletic Association. The top six finishers in the regular season of the conference's nine baseball teams advance to the double-elimination tournament, whose most recent edition was held in 2023 at The Ballpark at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, the off-campus baseball home of the College of Charleston. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The 2017 Mountain West Conference baseball tournament took place from May 24 through 28 at Santa Ana Star Field in Albuquerque, New Mexico, home field of the conference's regular-season champion New Mexico. The conference's top four teams from the regular season met in a double-elimination tournament. The winner of the tournament, San Diego State, earned the Mountain West Conference's automatic bid to the 2017 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
