Cayman Islands Premier League [Association football|football]] The 2017-18 Cayman Islands Premier League season was the 39th edition of top tier Cayman Islands Premier League football competition in the Cayman Islands. It began on 14 October 2017 and ended on 8 April 2018. [1]

Scholars International successfully defended its 2017 title in the 2018 final for an 11th successive title.

Under Pugh, they advanced 13 places in the rankings, winning four out of their six matches during the 2019–20 Nations League season.

The season was indefinitely postponed on 12 March 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The season was resumed on 15 August.

The 2020–21 Cayman Islands Premier League season was the 42nd edition of top tier Cayman Islands Premier League football competition in the Cayman Islands. The season began on 25 September 2020 and concluded on 28 February 2021. Bodden Town were the defending champions from the previous season. Following the previous season, two teams, Alliance FC and North Side SC were relegated to the First Division, reducing the number of teams in the league to ten.
