The 2018 Big West Conference men's volleyball tournament was a postseason men's volleyball tournament for the Big West Conference during the 2018 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. It was held from April 19 through April 21, 2018 at Long Beach State University's Walter Pyramid. The winner received the conference's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Volleyball Tournament.
All six teams were eligible for the postseason, with the top two seeds receiving byes to the semifinals. The top seed has home court hosting rights for the tournament. Teams were seeded by record within the conference, with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical conference records.

The NCAA men's volleyball tournament, officially titled the NCAA national collegiate men's volleyball championship, is an annual competition that determines the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) championship in American college men's volleyball. It had been the only NCAA championship in the sport from 1970 until 2012, when the NCAA launched a Division III championship.
The Liberty Flames and Lady Flames are the athletics teams of Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States. They are a member of the NCAA Division I level in 20 sports. As of July 1, 2023, LU is a member of Conference USA (CUSA) for most sports, joining that league after five years as a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN).

The 2018 NCAA Men's National Collegiate Volleyball Tournament was the 49th annual tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I and Division II men's collegiate indoor volleyball. The single-elimination tournament began on April 26 with a play-in match, with the remainder of the tournament hosted by UCLA from May 1–5 at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles. Long Beach State became the Champions for the second time in school history with a 5-set victory over UCLA.
