The 2019 Big West Conference men's soccer tournament, was the 12th edition of the tournament. It determined the Big West Conference's automatic berth to the 2019 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
UC Davis won the Big West Tournament, giving the program their first ever Big West title, [2] and their first berth into the NCAA Tournament since 2008. [3] UC Davis defeated UCSB in the final, 2–0. UC Davis senior forward, Adam Mickelson, was named the tournament's Most valuable player. [3]
In addition to UC Davis, UCSB earned a berth in the NCAA Tournament. UC Davis earned their first ever national seeding and second round bye into the tournament, being seeded 14th overall. UC Davis were eliminated in the Second Round by Louisville, losing 1–0. UCSB won their first three NCAA Tournament games before losing to Wake Forest in the Quarterfinals.

The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos are the intercollegiate athletic teams who represent the University of California, Santa Barbara. Referred to in athletic competition as UC Santa Barbara or UCSB, the Gauchos participate in 19 NCAA Division I intercollegiate sports with the majority competing in the Big West Conference. UCSB currently fields varsity teams in 10 men's sports and 9 women's sports.

In the Big West tournament, they defeated UC Riverside before losing to Cal State Fullerton in the semifinals. As a regular season conference champion who did not win their conference tournament, the Aggies received an automatic bid to the National Invitation Tournament where they lost in the first round to Utah.

They finished the season 20–12, 10–6 in Big West play to finish in fourth place. They defeated Long Beach State and UC Davis to advance to the championship game of the Big West tournament. In the championship, they defeated UC Irvine to win the tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. As the No. 15 seed in the East region, they lost to Purdue in the first round.

The Titans were led by sixth-year head coach Dedrique Taylor and competed at the Titan Gym. CSU Fullerton was a member of the Big West Conference, and participated in their 45th consecutive season in that league. They finished the season 16–18, 10–6 in Big West play to finish in a tie for second place. On March 15, Fullerton defeated UCSB to reach the finals of the Big West tournament, where they played top-seeded UC Irvine in an attempt to reach the NCAA tournament for the second successive year; however, the Titans were handily defeated by the Anteaters, 92–64, in a rematch of the previous year's championship. They were invited to the CollegeInsider.com Tournament where they lost in the first round to Cal State Bakersfield.

The Titans won the tournament in 2019 and are classified as the defending champions because there was no tournament held in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cal State Fullerton was unable to defend its crown, falling to Cal Poly in the Semifinals. The UC Irvine Anteaters won the title by defeating Cal Poly 1–0 in the final. This was the second Big West tournament title for the UC Irvine program and the first for head coach Scott Juniper. As tournament champions, UC Irvine earned the Big West's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

This was the second Big West tournament title for the UC Santa Barbara program, both of which have come under head coach Tim Vom Steeg. The Semifinals and Final of the five-match tournament took place at Mustang Memorial Field in San Luis Obispo, California and the higher seed hosted First Round games. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. This was the first season that the tournament expanded to six teams, as it had only previously invited the top four teams. The defending champions were the UC Irvine Anteaters. The Anteaters successfully defended their title, defeating Long Beach State 3–0 in the Final. This was the third Big West tournament title for the UC Irvine program and the second for head coach Scott Juniper. As tournament champions, UC Irvine earned the Big West's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
