The 2019 Empire Slovak Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the eleventh edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Trnava, Slovakia between 13 and 19 May 2019.

Mariana Duque Mariño and Wang Yafan were the defending champions, but Duque Mariño has since retired from professional tennis and Wang chose not to participate.

Quirine Lemoine and Arantxa Rus were the defending champions from the last time the tournament was held in 2017, but Lemoine chose not to participate this year. Rus played alongside Akgul Amanmuradova, but the pair lost in the first round to Elena Bogdan and Rosalie van der Hoek.
