Anna Sergeyevna Danilina is a Russian-born Kazakhstani tennis player. She has been ranked as high as No. 10 in doubles by the WTA. In singles, she reached a career-high ranking of No. 269. She is a Grand Slam mixed-doubles champion, having won the 2023 US Open with Harri Heliövaara.
Miriam Kolodziejová and Markéta Vondroušová were the defending champions, however Kolodziejová was no longer eligible to play juniors and Vondroušová chose not to participate.

Maria Timofeeva defeated Kateryna Baindl in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–0 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Budapest Grand Prix. Timofeeva won the title both as a lucky loser and in her first main-draw appearance on the WTA Tour. She thus became the first lucky loser to win a WTA Tour singles title since Coco Gauff in 2019, and the first player to win a title on her tour debut since Angelique Widjaja in 2001.
