The 2019 Sun Belt Conference Softball Tournament was held at the Bobcat Softball Complex on the campus of the Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, from May 8 to May 11, 2019. The tournament used a double-elimination format for the tournament as in past years. Louisiana, the winner of the tournament, earned the Sun Belt Conference's automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament. [2]

Seeding

In a change from previous years, the top eight teams (based on conference results) from the conference earned invites to the tournament. The teams were seeded based on conference winning percentage, with the bottom four seeds competing in a play-in round. The remaining four teams then played a two bracket, double-elimination tournament. The winner of each bracket played each other in the championship final.

The 2013 Sun Belt Conference Baseball Tournament was held at M. L. Tigue Moore Field on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana from May 22nd to May 26th, 2013. The tournament returned to the double-elimination format used prior to the two year experiment with pool play in 2011 and 2012. Florida Atlantic won their first tournament championship and earned the Sun Belt Conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. Florida Atlantic joined the conference in 2006, and left for Conference USA after the 2013 season.

The 2013 Southland Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 22–25. The top eight regular season finishers of the league's ten teams will meet in the double-elimination tournament, which was held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas. The event returned to a neutral site after two seasons on campus. In the championship game, seventh-seeded Central Arkansas defeated fourth-seeded Southeastern Louisiana, 4-0, to win its first tournament championship. As a result, Central Arkansas earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The 2014 Sun Belt Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Eddie Stanky Field on the campus of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama from May 21 to May 25, 2014. The tournament used a double-elimination format. Louisiana–Lafayette won the tournament, earning the Sun Belt Conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The league was expected to divide into two six team divisions for 2014, but due to the departures of three baseball playing schools the plan was shelved, possibly to be implemented in 2015 with the additions of Appalachian State and Georgia Southern.

The 2014 Southland Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 21–24. The top eight regular season finishers of the league's fourteen teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Bear Stadium on the campus of Central Arkansas University in Conway, Arkansas. The event returned to a campus environment for one year before again being played at neutral Sugar Land, Texas in 2015 and 2016. Southeastern Louisiana won their first tournament championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The 2015 Southland Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 20–23. The top eight regular season finishers of the league's ten teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas. The event returned to Sugar Land as part of a two season contract after one season on campus. The winner of the tournament, Houston Baptist, earns the conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. Abilene Christian and Incarnate Word are ineligible for postseason play as they transition from Division II.

The Sun Belt Conference Softball Tournament is the conference championship tournament in softball for the Sun Belt Conference. The winner of the tournament receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Softball Tournament. The 2023 host of the tournament is the University of Louisiana at Lafayette at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park, the largest softball facility in the conference.

The 2021 Sun Belt Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Sun Belt Conference held from November 1 to November 7, 2021. The ten-match tournament took place at the Foley Sports Complex in Foley, Alabama. The eleven-team single-elimination tournament consisted of four rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the South Alabama Jaguars. South Alabama successfully defended their title with a 1–0 championship game win over Georgia Southern in the final. This was the eighth Sun Belt women's soccer tournament title for the South Alabama women's soccer program and the fourth for head coach Richard Moodie. Eight of the last nine Sun Belt Women's Soccer Tournaments have been won by South Alabama. As tournament champions, South Alabama earned the Sun Belt's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The 2022 Sun Belt Conference Baseball Tournament will be held at Riverwalk Stadium in Montgomery, Alabama from May 24th to May 29th, 2022. The tournament will again use a double-elimination format. The winner of the tournament will earn the Sun Belt Conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
