The 2020 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship qualifying stage took place between 21 and 25 August 2019. The teams competed for four of the 20 berths in the 2020 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship final tournament.
Players born on or after 1 January 2003 were eligible to compete. [1]
The qualifying format has changed since the 2018 edition, and the teams are no longer divided into regional zones.
The 41 CONCACAF teams were ranked based on the CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Ranking as of 2018. [2] A total of 32 teams entered the tournament. The highest-ranked 16 entrants were exempt from qualifying and advanced directly to the group stage of the final tournament, while the lowest-ranked 16 entrants had to participate in the qualifying stage, where the four group winners advanced to the round of 16 of the knockout stage of the final tournament. The draw for the group stage took place on 9 May 2019, 11:00 EDT (UTC−4), at the CONCACAF Headquarters in Miami. The 16 teams which entered the qualifying stage were drawn into four groups of four teams. [3] Based on the CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Ranking, the 16 teams were distributed into four pots, as follows: [4]

The 2009 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifying tournament determined the Caribbean and Central American Under-20 association football national teams that would participate in the 2009 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, which itself will qualify national teams to the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Qualification began on 14 May 2008. The final round of qualification was a one-game playoff on 2 March 2009, between the runner-up from the Caribbean zone, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and the 3rd-place finisher from the Central American zone, Honduras. The three North American zone nations, Canada, Mexico, and the United States, as well as tournament hosts Trinidad and Tobago, were automatically entered into the final tournament without need for qualification.
The qualifying competitions for the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship were handled by two regional of CONCACAF's bodies; the Caribbean Football Union and the Central American Football Union.
The 2015 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the 8th edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organised by CONCACAF for the women's under-20 national teams of the North, Central American and Caribbean region. The tournament was hosted by Honduras and took place between 3–13 December 2015, as announced by CONCACAF on 7 May 2015. A total of eight teams played in the tournament.

However, on 13 May 2020, CONCACAF announced the decision to postpone the tournament due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the new dates of the tournament to be confirmed later.

The 2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualification competition, also known as the CONCACAF W Qualifiers, is a women's football tournament that was contested by the senior women's national teams of the member associations of CONCACAF to decide the participating teams of the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship. The qualifying matches took place in February and April 2022. A total of six teams in the qualifying competition advanced to the final tournament, joining Canada and the United States, who received byes as the top ranked teams. The 2022 CONCACAF W Championship will serve as the CONCACAF qualifiers to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, as well as for the football tournament at the 2024 Summer Olympics in France.
