The 2019 Shimadzu All Japan Indoor Tennis Championships was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the first edition of the women's tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Kyoto, Japan between 18 and 24 February 2019.

This was the first edition of the women's tournament.

Eri Hozumi and Zhang Shuai were the defending champions, but Zhang chose to compete in Nanchang instead. Hozumi played alongside Makoto Ninomiya, but lost in the quarterfinals to Christina McHale and Valeria Savinykh.

Miyu Kato and Makoto Ninomiya were the defending champions but chose to participate with different partners. Kato played alongside Storm Sanders, but they lost in the first round to Gabriela Dabrowski and Caroline Garcia. Ninomiya partnered Eri Hozumi, but lost in the quarterfinals to Nadiia Kichenok and Abigail Spears.
