The 2021 Cork Premier Senior Football Championship was the second staging of the Cork Premier Senior Football Championship and the 133rd staging overall of a championship for the top-ranking Gaelic football teams in Cork. The draw for the group stage placings took place on 29 April 2021. [1] The championship began on 20 July 2021 and ended on 28 November 2021.
Nemo Rangers entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they failed to make it out of the group stage after suffering two defeats. [2] [3] Ilen Rovers were relegated after being beaten by Carrigaline in a playoff. [4]
The final was played on 28 November 2021 at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork, between Clonakilty and St. Finbarr's, in what was their second ever final meeting and their first in 11 years. St. Finbarr's won the match by 0-14 to 0-13 to claim their tenth championship title overall and a first title since 2018. [5]
Steven Sherlock was the championship's top scorer with 3-41.

The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 11 December 2010. The championship began on 14 March 2011 and ended on 16 October 2011.
The 2012 Cork Senior Football Championship was the 114th staging of the Cork Senior Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship began on 20 March 2012 and ended on 28 October 2012.
The 2013 Cork Senior Football Championship was the 115th staging of the Cork Senior Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship began on 19 March 2013 and ended on 13 October 2013.
The 2020 Cork Premier Senior Football Championship was the inaugural staging of the Cork Premier Senior Football Championship and the 132nd staging overall of a championship for the top-ranking Gaelic football teams in Cork. The draw for the group stage placings took place on 19 November 2019. The championship was scheduled to begin in April 2020, however, it was postponed indefinitely due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Gaelic games. The championship eventually began on 24 July 2020 and, after being suspended once again on 5 October 2020, and eventually ended on 29 August 2021.

The draw for the group stage placings took place on 11 December 2022. The championship ran from 8 June to 29 October 2023.
