The 2021 Engie Open Nantes Atlantique was a professional women's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the seventeenth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2021 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Nantes, France between 1 and 7 November 2021.

Georgina García Pérez and Sara Sorribes Tormo were the reigning champions, but chose not to participate.

Cara Black and Arina Rodionova were the defending champions, having won the previous edition in 2012. However Black retired from professional tennis in 2015 and Rodionova chose to compete at the 2022 Melbourne Summer Set instead.
