College Park is a stadium in Charleston, South Carolina. It was primarily used for baseball and was the home of Charleston RiverDogs. It is currently used by the Citadel Bulldogs baseball team for practice. The ballpark has a capacity of 4,000 people and opened in 1940. The grandstand is constructed of metal bleachers and is largely covered by a roof. The first few rows of seats between the dugouts are situated below ground level, giving fans the rare perspective seen from dugout level.

The 1941 The Citadel Bulldogs football team was an American football team that represented The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina as a member of the Southern Conference during the 1941 college football season. In their second season under head coach Bo Rowland, the Bulldogs compiled a 4–3–1 record, finished 14th in the conference, and outscored opponents by a total of 175 to 89. The Bulldogs played home games at Johnson Hagood Stadium.

Dan McDonnell is an American college baseball coach who has been the head coach of the Louisville Cardinals since the start of the 2007 season. As of the end of the 2017 season, Louisville has a 646-266 in 15 seasons record under McDonnell and has appeared in five College World Series, 7 super regionals, and 10 NCAA tournaments. Under McDonnell, the Cardinals have won two Big East tournaments and four Big East regular season titles. McDonnell was one game away in 2015 from leading his Louisville Cardinals to three straight College World Series appearances. Anthony L. Jenkins is an American former college athlete, known best as a college baseball player for The Citadel Bulldogs baseball team. He was a member of the 1990 College Baseball All-America Team, chosen by the American Baseball Coaches Association as an outfielder. He later played minor league baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. During his playing days, Jenkins was listed at 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) and 175 pounds (79 kg) while batting and throwing right-handed.
