It was his record-extending 10th Australian Open title and 22nd major title overall, tying Rafael Nadal for the all-time record of most Grand Slam men's singles titles won. Alejandro Tabilo defeated Taro Daniel in the final, 6–2, 7–5 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 ASB Classic. It was his first ATP Tour title, and he became the first qualifier to win an ATP Tour title since Juan Manuel Cerúndolo in 2021.

Tommy Paul defeated Marcos Giron in the final, 7–6(7–3), 5–7, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Dallas Open. It was his second ATP Tour title.

Ben Shelton defeated the defending champion Frances Tiafoe in the final, 7–5, 4–6, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships. It was his second career ATP Tour title, and his first on clay. Shelton became the youngest player to win the tournament since Andy Roddick in 2002.

Alejandro Tabilo won the singles title at the 2024 Mallorca Championships, defeating Sebastian Ofner in the final, 6–3, 6–4. He became the first Chilean man in the Open Era to win a grass-court title.

Arthur Fils defeated Ugo Humbert in the final, 5–7, 7–6(8–6), 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Japan Open. He saved a championship point en route to his third ATP Tour title.
