Anna Danilina and Valeriya Strakhova were the defending champions but Strakhova chose not to participate. Danilina partnered alongside Arianne Hartono and successfully defend her title, defeating Ankita Raina and Rosalie van der Hoek in the final, 6–7(4–7), 6–4, [10–6].

This was the first WTA 125 tournament in Cali since 2013. Lara Arruabarrena was the champion when the event was last held, but she retired from professional tennis in August 2022.

Timofeeva won the title both as a lucky loser and in her first main-draw appearance on the WTA Tour.
