The 2013 Mountain West Conference men's basketball tournament was a tournament played at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 12–15, 2013. With TCU departing for the Big 12, and Fresno State and Nevada joining the MWC, the MWC will have a 9 team tournament for 2013. As the tournament champion, New Mexico received the Mountain West Conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Tournament.
The 2014 Mountain West Conference men's basketball tournament was held on March 12–15, 2014 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. With San Jose State and Utah State added to the MWC, the MWC had an 11-team tournament for 2014. The top five seeds got a first round bye. For the second year in a row, the first round games were online, quarterfinals and semifinals games were on the CBS Sports Network and the championship game was televised on CBS. The tournament champion received the Mountain West's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA tournament.

For the 3rd year in a row all games Mountain West Network will carry the tournament, but this year they also add the championship game to their schedule. The tournament champion will receive the Mountain West's only bid to the 2015 NCAA tournament.

Colorado State defeated Fresno State to win their 2nd Mountain West title, 3rd overall for the first time since 2001 and earn an automatic bid to the NCAA women's tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at Peter Johann Memorial Soccer Field in Las Vegas, Nevada. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The UNLV Rebels were the defending champions, but will not defend their title after having failed to qualify for the 2017 tournament. The San Diego State Aztecs won the tournament with a 3–0 win over the New Mexico Lobos in the final.

The 2022 West Coast Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the West Coast Conference (WCC) during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was held during March 3–8, 2022, at the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada. Los Angeles-based University Credit Union was the title sponsor of the tournament for the fourth consecutive year. The winner of the tournament, the Gonzaga Bulldogs, received the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament.
The 2021 Mountain West Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Mountain West Conference held from November 1 through November 6, 2021. The five-match tournament took place at Boas Tennis/Soccer Complex in Boise, Idaho. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. Boise State won the tournament in 2019 and are classified as the defending champions because there was no tournament held in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New Mexico were the regular season champions in 2020. Boise State was unable to defend their crown, losing to Fresno State on penalties in the Semifinals. New Mexico then defeated Fresno State in the finals 2–1 to win the title. This was the second tournament championship for New Mexico, their first since 2011. It was the first title for head coach Rob Baarts. As tournament champions, New Mexico earned the Mountain West's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The 2021–22 UNLV Lady Rebels basketball team represented the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lady Rebels were led by second-year head coach Lindy La Rocque. They played their home games at the Cox Pavilion, attached to the Thomas & Mack Center on UNLV's main campus in Paradise, Nevada. They were a member of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 23–6, 15–3 in Mountain West play to win the Mountain West Conference regular season title. They went on to win the Mountain West women's tournament over Colorado State. They lost to Arizona as a 13-seed in the Greensboro region of the first round of the NCAA tournament.
