Dian David Michael Jacobs, commonly referred to as David Jacobs, is an Indonesian athlete who competes in table tennis, currently Class 10 para table tennis. Born in Ujung Pandang, he took up table tennis at the age of ten and rose quickly through national tournaments. He was training to play internationally by 2000, and in 2001 he won his first gold medal, at the SEATTA Games in Singapore. Since 2010 he has competed in para table tennis, having spent most of his career competing against athletes with full functionality. He competed in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, winning a bronze medal.

The South East Asian Table Tennis Championships is a biennial table tennis tournament regarded as a regional championships by International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). From 1998, the tournament was organised by the Asian Table Tennis Union (ATTU) and South East Asian Table Tennis Association(SEATTA).

The 2010 South East Asian Table Tennis Championships were held in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines from 12 to 15 December 2010.

The South East Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships is an annual table tennis tournament regarded as a regional championships between juniors and cadets. It will be held under the management of the South East Asian Table Tennis Association (SEATTA). The winner(s) and runner-up(s) of the Juniors and Cadets will qualify for the Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships (AJCTTC).

The 19th South East Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships 2013 were held at the Garden Square of the Harrison Plaza in Manila, Philippines.
