The 2022 Torneig Internacional Els Gorchs was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the eleventh edition of the tournament which was part of the 2022 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Les Franqueses del Vallès, Spain between 24 and 30 October 2022.

Aliona Bolsova and Andrea Gámiz were the defending champions but Gámiz chose to compete at the 2022 Montevideo Open instead. Bolsova partnered alongside Rebeka Masarova but lost in the quarterfinals to Irina Khromacheva and Iryna Shymanovich.

Victoria Jiménez Kasintseva and Renata Zarazúa were the reigning champions, but Jiménez Kasintseva chose not to participate. Zarazúa partnered with Andreea Prisăcariu but lost in the first round to Yuliana Lizarazo and María Paulina Pérez García.

Aliona Bolsova and Rebeka Masarova were the defending champions, but Masarova chose not to participate. Bolsova partnered Andrea Gámiz and successfully defended the title, defeating Angelina Gabueva and Irina Khromacheva in the final, 6–4, 4–6, [10–7].
