The 2023 Dublin Senior Hurling Championship was the 136th staging of the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Dublin County Board in 1887. The championship ran from 12 July to 29 October 2023.

Contents

Kilmacud Crokes entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Na Fianna in the quarter-finals. [2] [3] Faughs and St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh were relegated after losing their respective playoffs.

The final was played on 29 October 2023 at Parnell Park in Donnycarney, between Na Fianna and Ballyboden St Enda's in what was their first ever meeting in the final. [4] Na Fianna won the match by 2-19 to 0-09 to claim their first ever championship title. [5] [6]

Kilmacud Crokes is a large Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Stillorgan, Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

The 2006 Dublin Senior Football Championship was an edition of an annual Gaelic football competition organized by the Dublin County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association in Ireland. The competition used a modified knockout format. The previous champions in 2005 were Kilmacud Crokes, who were knocked out of the 2006 competition at the semi-final stage. UCD finished the 2006 championship as Dublin champions, by beating St Vincents in the final.

The Dublin Senior Hurling Championship is an annual hurling competition organised by the Dublin County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) since 1887 for the top hurling clubs in County Dublin, Ireland.

The Dublin Bus/Evening Herald Dubs Stars Football/Hurling are the players chosen as the top Gaelic football and hurling players in their given position in the year that the Blue stars awards are awarded. The Dublin Blue Stars are a similar award to the GAA All Stars Awards which are awarded annually by the Gaelic Athletic Association. Ballyboden St Enda's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Knocklyon, South Dublin, Ireland. The Club serves the Rathfarnham, Knocklyon, Ballycullen, Ballyboden, Ballyroan, Firhouse areas. They offer hurling, camogie, Gaelic football, handball, and rounders. They were founded in 1969 after the merger of 2 clubs in the Rathfarnham area – the Ballyboden Wanderers and Rathfarnham St. Endas.

The 2010 Dublin Senior Football Championship is the inter club Gaelic football competition between the top teams in Dublin GAA. The first round draw was announced on 10 March 2010.

The Dublin Ladies' Senior Football Championship is the senior Ladies' Gaelic football competition featuring clubs affiliated to the Dublin GAA. Ballyboden St. Enda's are the competitions most successful club, having won 10 titles. Between 2000 and 2008 they completed a nine-in-a-row. They won their tenth title in 2010. In more recent seasons, the most successful club has been Foxrock–Cabinteely. Between 2015 and 2021 they completed a seven-in-a-row. The 2012 Dublin Senior Football Championship was the inter club Gaelic football competition between the top teams in Dublin GAA. St Brigid's were the defending champions and Skerries Harps were the latest addition to the senior championship having won the Intermediate championship in 2011.

Mark Grogan is an Irish hurler. At club level he plays with Kilmacud Crokes and at inter-county level with the Dublin senior hurling team. Grogan usually lines out in the right midfield but also has strong capabilities in the backs. He is son to Ian and Ursula Grogan who are both Kilkenny legends. His girlfriend is Aileen Egan and his best friend is Harry Donnelly.

The 2024 Dublin Senior Hurling Championship is the 137th staging of the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Dublin County Board in 1887. The draw for the group stage pairings took place in April 2024. The championship is scheduled to run from 13 July to October 2024.
