The 2023 Dutch Open (officially referred to as the 2023 TOTO Dutch Open Darts) was the 50th edition of the Dutch Open organised by the World Darts Federation and Nederlandse Darts Bond. The tournament was held at the De Bonte Wever in Assen, Netherlands. [1]
The final day of the tournament was broadcast on RTL7. [2] Matches could also be followed via the DartConnect application software. [3]
Jelle Klaasen was defending his men's title, but lost in the semi-finals to Andy Baetens. Beau Greaves was defending her women's title, but lost in the final match to Aileen de Graaf who won fourth title of this tournament. [3]

Seeding took place in accordance with the WDF Main Table ranking on 11 January 2023. The players were seeded in accordance with WDF regulations, but not always as the first match in the section. The first byes went to the seeded players, but after that the byes were equally divided across the sheets in a random place on the sheet. [5] The list of seeds and invited players was as follows. Jelle Klaasen, nicknamed The Cobra, is a Dutch professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). In 2006, he became the youngest darts player to win the World Darts Championship, aged 21 at the time. He also is a Dutch Open champion.
The Darts World Rankings are systems designed to determine a list of the best darts players in the world based on their performances in past tournaments.
The 2007 Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship was the 30th World Championship organised by the British Darts Organisation (BDO), and the 22nd to be held at the Lakeside Country Club, Frimley Green, Surrey. It ran from 6–14 January 2007.
The 2006 Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship was held from 7 to 15 January 2006 at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green, Surrey. Defending champion Raymond van Barneveld was aiming to win a fifth BDO world title, equalling the record set by Eric Bristow. However, he was beaten 7–5 in the final by Dutch qualifier Jelle Klaasen; the final was the first and only World Darts Championship final to not feature a British player. Klaasen became the youngest World Champion at age 21 and became the first qualifier to win the World Championship since Keith Deller in 1983, who became the youngest World Champion himself, aged 23. This would eventually be Van Barneveld's last appearance at the Lakeside as he would switch to the rival Professional Darts Corporation the next month.
Gary James Grant Anderson is a Scottish professional darts player playing in events of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Nicknamed "The Flying Scotsman", after the famous steam train, he is a former BDO and WDF world number one, and a two-time PDC World Champion, having won the title in 2015 and 2016.
Ross Montgomery, nicknamed The Boss, is a Scottish professional darts player who played in World Darts Federation (WDF) tournaments and as of January 14th 2022 now plays on the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Montgomery also played American football in his native Scotland, having spent eleven years with Glasgow Diamonds. He was forced to retire through injury and took up the game of darts instead.
Mark Barilli is a Scottish darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is well known for his throwing style where he changes the speed of his throw from fast to slow alternatively, and also for attempting outrageous outshots including one occasion where he attempted to check out 120 with 3 double 20s in a competitive match. Along with Co Stompé, he is also notable for playing competitive darts in a long-sleeved shirt.
Scott Mitchell is an English professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation tournaments. His most notable achievement was winning the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship.
The RTL7 Masters was a professional darts tournament held at the Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands, between 18 and 21 March 2011.
