The 2023 Gran Piemonte was the 107th edition of the Gran Piemonte (known as Giro del Piemonte until 2009) single-day cycling race. It was held on 5 October 2023, over a distance of 152 km, starting in Borgofranco d'Ivrea and ending in Favria.

The 2015 Gran Piemonte was the 99th edition of the Gran Piemonte one-day cycling race. The race returned in 2015 after three years, because the 2013 and 2014 editions were not raced due to economical and organizational problems. It was held on 2 October, one day after the Milano–Torino and two days before Il Lombardia, as part of the Trittico di Autunno. It covered a distance of 185 kilometres (115 mi), starting in San Francesco al Campo and ending in Cirié. Riders with the characteristics of sprinter or puncheur were the favourites for the victory. The race was won by Jan Bakelants, who attacked in the final 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) and held off the bunch to take a solo victory. Matteo Trentin (Etixx–Quick-Step) won the bunch sprint for second place ahead of Sonny Colbrelli (Bardiani–CSF).

The 2018 Gran Piemonte was the 102nd edition of the Gran Piemonte single-day cycling race. It was held on 11 October, over a distance of 191 km, starting in Racconigi and ending in Moncalieri.

The 2021 Gran Piemonte was the 105th edition of the Gran Piemonte road cycling one day race. It was held in the titular region of northwestern Italy on 7 October 2021 as part of the 2021 UCI Europe Tour and the 2021 UCI ProSeries calendars.

The 2022 Gran Piemonte was the 106th edition of the Gran Piemonte single-day cycling race. It was held on 6 October 2022, over a distance of 198 km, starting in Omegna and ending in Beinasco.

The 2023 Tre Valli Varesine was the 102nd edition of the Tre Valli Varesine road cycling one day race, which was held in the Lombardy region of northwestern Italy on 3 October 2023. The race was the third of the 2023 Trittico Lombardo, which also included the Coppa Ugo Agostoni, held on 28 September and the Coppa Bernocchi held the day before.
