The 2023 ZLM Tour was the 34th edition of the ZLM Tour cycling stage race. It started on 7 June in Heinkenszand and ended on 11 June in Oosterhout and is part of the 2023 UCI ProSeries. [1]

Paul Martens is a German former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2006 and 2021 for the Skil–Shimano and Team Jumbo–Visma teams. Martens achieved seven victories during his professional career, including a stage win and a general classification win at the Tour de Luxembourg, and stage wins at the Volta ao Algarve, the Vuelta a Burgos and the Tour of Belgium.
Davide Appollonio is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team Amore & Vita.
Natnael Teweldemedhin Berhane is an Eritrean professional road bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Continental team Beykoz Belediyesi Spor Kulübü. He is a two-time winner of the road race at the African Road Championships, in 2011 and 2012.

The 2014 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah was the eleventh edition of the Tour of Utah, a seven-stage professional cycling race which took place from August 4–10, 2014. It covered 753.8 miles, and 57,863 feet of total climbing. 16 men's professional cycling teams competed in the 2014 edition, with 6 of these teams also being featured in the 2014 Tour de France, with riders representing 24 different countries. For the second year in succession, the race was won by Tom Danielson of the Garmin–Sharp squad.
