The 2023 UCI ProSeries is the fourth season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits.

The calendar consists of 57 events, of which 33 are one-day races (1.Pro), and 24 are stage races (2.Pro). There are 49 events in Europe, six in Asia, one in the United States, and one in Argentina. [1]

Bauke Mollema is a Dutch professional cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam Lidl–Trek. He has finished in the top 10 in all three Grand Tours, with stage wins in the 2021 Tour de France, 2017 Tour de France, and the 2011 Vuelta a España, in which he finished third overall. His best result in the general classification in the Tour de France came in 2013 when he finished in 6th place. Following 121 victories in road racing, Sagan is scheduled to return to mountain bike racing in 2024 with Specialized Factory Racing.

Arnaud Démare is a professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Arkéa–Samsic. In 2011 he won the UCI World Under-23 Road Race Championships, and in 2016 he won the Milan–San Remo. He is one of five riders to have won the French National Road Race Championships three times, having won the race in 2014, 2017 and 2020.

Long-time sponsor Quick-Step Flooring, which has been a title sponsor since the team's formation in 2003, continues its sponsorship, while Deceuninck ends its sponsorship after three years.
