The 2023 Norwegian Second Division was a third-tier Norwegian women's football league season. The league consisted of 28 teams divided into two groups of 14 teams. [1] The season started on 16 April 2023 and ended on 12 November 2023. [2]

The 1996 Tippeligaen was the 52nd completed season of top division football in Norway. Each team played 26 games with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Number twelve, thirteen and fourteen are relegated.
