The 2024 Czech Tour was a road cycling stage race between 25 and 28 July 2024 in the Czech Republic. The race was rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2024 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 15th edition of the Czech Tour. [1] The route spanned nearly 600 kilometers between four stages, and concluded at the event's traditional finish line in the cobbled historic district of Šternberk. [2]

Teams

Eight UCI WorldTeams, eight UCI ProTeams, and six UCI Continental teams participated in the race. [3] In 2024, the Czech Tour featured the largest number UCI WorldTeams in the event's history. [2] 148 riders began the race in Prostějov, 120 of whom completed all four stages. [4]

The 2020 Tour de France was the 107th edition of the Tour de France, one of cycling's three Grand Tours. Originally scheduled to start on 27 June 2020, it was postponed until 29 August 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in France. The race began in Nice on 29 August and concluded with its traditional run on the Champs-Élysées on 20 September. A total of 176 riders from 22 teams participated in the race. The 2020 Critérium du Dauphiné was the 72nd edition of the Critérium du Dauphiné, a road cycling stage race. The 2021 Tour de Luxembourg was the 81st edition of the Tour de Luxembourg road cycling stage race. It was held from 14 and 18 September, as part of the 2021 UCI Europe Tour and the 2021 UCI ProSeries.

The 2022 Tour de Romandie was a road cycling stage race held between 26 April and 1 May 2022 in Romandy, the French-speaking part of western Switzerland. It was the 75th edition of the Tour de Romandie and the 18th race of the 2022 UCI World Tour.

The 2022 Tour of Norway is a men's road cycling stage race which takes place from 24 to 29 May 2022. It is the 11th edition of the Tour of Norway, which is rated as a 2.Pro event on the 2022 UCI ProSeries calendar.

The 2022 Boucles de la Mayenne is the 47th edition of the Boucles de la Mayenne road cycling stage race, which took place between 26 and 29 May 2022 in the Mayenne department in northwestern France.

The 2022 Sazka Tour was a road cycling stage race that took place between 4 and 7 August 2022 in Czech Republic. The race was rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2022 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 13th edition of the Sazka Tour.

The 2023 Tour de Hongrie was the 44th edition of the Tour de Hongrie, which took place between 10 and 14 May 2023. It was the ninth edition since the race's revival in 2015, and was rated as a 2.Pro-category event as part of the 2023 UCI ProSeries. The Tour was to have consisted of five stages with a distance of 879 km and 7554 m of elevation gain, but bad weather led to stage 5 being neutralised before commencement with overall results based on standings at the end of stage 4.

The 2023 Czech Cycling Tour was a road cycling stage race that took place between 27 and 30 July 2023 in Czech Republic. The race was rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2023 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 13th edition of the Czech Cycling Tour.
