The 2024 Horizon League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Horizon League. It was held from November 3 through November 9, 2024. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Engelmann Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Milwaukee Panthers were the defending champions, [1] and they successfully defended their title by beating the second seed Northern Kentucky Norse 2–1 in the final. [2] [3] This was the seventeenth overall title for Milwaukee and third for head coach Kevin Boyd. This was also Milwaukee's seventh consecutive title and second straight year they defeated Northern Kentucky in the final. [4] As tournament champions, Milwaukee earned the Horizon League's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
The top six Horizon League teams from the regular season earned berths in the tournament. Teams were seeded by conference record. No tiebreakers were required as each of the top seven teams finished with a unique regular season conference record. [5]

The Horizon League is a collegiate athletic conference in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. Headquartered in Indianapolis, the league's eleven member schools are located in and near the Great Lakes region and in part of the Southern United States.
The Horizon League women's basketball tournament is the conference championship tournament in women's basketball for the Horizon League. It is a single-elimination tournament involving all of the 10 league schools, and seeding is based on regular-season records with head-to-head match-up as a tie-breaker. The winner receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA women's basketball tournament.
The 2017–18 Northern Kentucky Norse men's basketball team represented Northern Kentucky University (NKU) during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Norse, led by third-year head coach John Brannen, played their home games at BB&T Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky as members of the Horizon League. They finished the season 22–10, 15–3 in Horizon League play to win the Horizon League regular season championship. They were upset in the quarterfinals of the Horizon League tournament by No. 8 seed Cleveland State. As a regular season league champion who failed to win their league tournament, they received an automatic bid to the National Invitation Tournament where they lost in the first round to Louisville.

The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Engelmann Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Northern Kentucky Norse were the defending champions, but they were eliminated from the 2017 tournament with a 3–2 loss to the IUPUI Jaguars in the semifinals. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Oakland Soccer Field in Rochester, Michigan. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Milwaukee Panthers were the defending champions. They were unable to defend their crown, falling to Cleveland State in the Semifinals. Oakland finished as tournament champions after defeating Cleveland State 3–1 in the Final. This was the third overall title for Oakland, all of which have come under head coach Eric Pogue. As tournament champions, Oakland earned the Horizon League's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The 2022 Horizon League men's basketball tournament was the final event of the 2021–22 men's basketball season for the Horizon League. It was held March 1–8, 2022, with first-round and quarterfinal games played at the home courts of the higher seeds, and all remaining games contested at Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis. The winner, Wright State, received the conference's automatic berth into the NCAA tournament.
The 2022–23 Milwaukee Panthers men's basketball team represented the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. This was the first season in conference history with 11 teams, as UIC departed for the Missouri Valley Conference following the 2021-22 season.
The 2022–23 Cleveland State Vikings men's basketball team represented the Cleveland State University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Vikings, led by first-year head coach Daniyal Robinson, play their home games at the Wolstein Center as members of the Horizon League. They finished the season 19–12, 16–6 in Horizon League play to tie for second place. As the No. 3 seed in the Horizon League tournament, they defeated Robert Morris and Milwaukee before losing to Northern Kentucky in the conference championship game.
