The Division II Group B tournament was played in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 8 to 14 January 2024. [3] [4] New Zealand won, clinching promotion by scoring with their goalie pulled in their final game. South Africa replaced Estonia as the final entrant and lost all their games in their debut.
