The Malaysia Premier Futsal League, commonly abbreviated as MPFL, is a men's professional futsal league sanctioned by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). It was previously known as the Liga Futsal Kebangsaan (LFK). Successful MPFL teams qualify for Asian continental club competitions, including the AFC Futsal Club Championship and AFF Futsal Club Championship. MPFL currently does not practice promotion and relegation. Since the league's inception in 2004, 8 teams have been crowned champions. The Malaysia Premier Futsal League (Wanita) is the top flight women's futsal league in Malaysia. The league is managed by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). The competition has been founded in 2007.

2019 Malaysia Premier Futsal League was the 1st season of the Malaysia Premier Futsal League after re-branding from the Liga Futsal Kebangsaan. It is the Malaysian professional futsal league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2004. Melaka United are the defending champions.

The 2020 season was Selangor's 15th season in the Super League and their 35th consecutive season in the top flight of Malaysia football. The club also participated in the Malaysia Cup and the FA Cup. During this season, Selangor played all their home fixtures on different venues, following the original ground Shah Alam Stadium was unavailable used due to safety concerns and undergoing renovations.

The 2022 Malaysia M3 League was the 2nd season of Malaysia M3 League, the third-tier football league in Malaysia, since its establishment in 2019. This is the first time the league had a fully completed season since 2019, after the 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to restrictions.

The 2023 Malaysia M3 League, known as the 2023 MBSB Bank Championship for sponsorship reasons, was the third season of the MBSB Bank Championship, the second tier football league in Malaysia, since its establishment in 2019. The season lasted from March to October.

Selangor F.C. Futsal, formerly known as Selangor MAC is a Malaysian professional futsal club based in the city of Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It is a part of the Selangor F.C. sports club. The club is currently competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League. The club is nicknamed the Red Giants. The Red Giants play home games at Panasonic National Sport Complex in Shah Alam, Selangor. The club is owned by Red Giants Sdn. Bhd, with Tengku Amir Shah as Chairman.

Pahang Rangers Futsal Club is a professional Futsal club based in Kuantan, Pahang. The club competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League, the national futsal league in Malaysia. Founded in 2016 as Kuantan Rangers Futsal Club, the club compete as an amateur status futsal club before rebranding to Pahang Rangers F.C. to became fully professional in 2019.

The Malaysia Premier Futsal League Division 1, commonly abbreviated as MPFL Division 1, is the highest division of the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL) and is currently contested by 8 teams. Since the MPFL was introduced in 2019, only two teams have ever been crowned champions, namely Selangor in 2019 and 2022 and Pahang Rangers in 2023. MPFL 2020 and 2021 were canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Seasons run from mid-February to the early November, with the 8 teams all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 14-match season, for a total of 56 matches league-wide.

The 2024 MPFL Division 1 is the ongoing 5th season of the MPFL Division 1 and the 15th season of the Malaysian futsal league overall. The fixtures were announced on 10 February 2024. Pahang Rangers are the defending champions and can become the second team in the league history to win two titles in a row, if successful.

The 2024–25 Piala Presiden is the 38th season of the Piala Presiden since its establishment in 1985. It is currently the youth level (U-20) football league in Malaysia. JDT III are the defending champions. 16 teams compete in this season. All teams were drawn into two different groups, and plays in a maximum of 14 home-and-away matches. Top four teams after the group stage matches progress to the knockout stage.

The 2024–25 Piala Belia is the 12th season of the Piala Belia since its establishment in 2008. It is the youth level (U-18) football league in Malaysia. Selangor U18 are the defending champions. 18 teams compete in this season. All teams were drawn into two different groups, and play a maximum of 18 home-and-away matches. Top four teams after the group stage progress to the knockout stage.

Liga Melaka 2024 is the 92nd edition of the Liga Melaka. The competition is to open on June 15, involving affiliated clubs under the Melaka Football Association (MAFA).
