The Malaysia Premier Futsal League, commonly abbreviated as MPFL, is a men's professional futsal league sanctioned by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). It was previously known as the Liga Futsal Kebangsaan (LFK). Successful MPFL teams qualify for Asian continental club competitions, including the AFC Futsal Club Championship and AFF Futsal Club Championship. MPFL currently does not practice promotion and relegation. Since the league's inception in 2004, 8 teams have been crowned champions. Selangor have been the most successful team with 3 titles, followed by Figos RSA (2), Felda United (2), Melaka (2), PDRM (1), AOB Teras Selatan (1), Johor (1), PKNS (1) and Pahang Rangers (1).
The Malaysia Premier Futsal League (Wanita) is the top flight women's futsal league in Malaysia. The league is managed by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). The competition has been founded in 2007.
The 2020 season was Selangor's 15th season in the Super League and their 35th consecutive season in the top flight of Malaysia football. The club also participated in the Malaysia Cup and the FA Cup. During this season, Selangor played all their home fixtures on different venues, following the original ground Shah Alam Stadium was unavailable used due to safety concerns and undergoing renovations.
The 2022 Malaysia M3 League season was the 2nd edition of the third tier Malaysia M3 League annual football league staged in Malaysia, since its establishment in 2019. The originally scheduled 2nd edition was cancelled twice due to the complications from COVID-19 and restrictions. 20 teams entered to contest starting on 12 February and ending on 24 September 2022.

The club is currently competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League. The club is nicknamed the Red Giants. The Red Giants play home games at Panasonic National Sport Complex in Shah Alam, Selangor. Pahang Rangers Futsal Club is a professional Futsal club based in Kuantan, Pahang. The club competes in the MPFL Division 1, the national futsal league in Malaysia. Founded in 2016 as Kuantan Rangers Futsal Club, the club compete as an amateur status futsal club before rebranding to Pahang Rangers F.C. to became fully professional in 2019.

Seasons run from mid-February to the early November, with the 8 teams all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 14-match season, for a total of 56 matches league-wide.

JDT III are the defending champions. 16 teams compete in this season. All teams were drawn into two different groups, and plays in a maximum of 14 home-and-away matches. Top four teams after the group stage matches progress to the knockout stage.

Kuala Lumpur City FC Futsal Club is a professional futsal club based in Federal Territories of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia that competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League. The club were formed in 2009.
Shah Alam City FC Futsal Club is a professional futsal club based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia that competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League. The club were formed in 2022.
Gombak TOT United Futsal Team is a professional futsal club based in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia that competes in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League. The club were formed in 2022.
The 2024 Malaysia National Women's League is the third edition of the National Women's League one of the women's football league in Malaysia since its establishment in 2023, and were launched on 27 June 2024 it is run by Football Association of Malaysia together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and features 8 teams. The League was created to provide a safe football atmosphere for women, in addition to being a platform to promote the amateur women's football scene in the Malaysia.
The 2024 Malaysia Futsal Cup was the 3rd season of the Malaysia Futsal Cup. 8 teams participate in this competition come from the 2024 MPFL Division 1 and 2 team from 2024 MPFL Division 2 this season.
