Katarzyna Kawa is a Polish professional tennis player. Her career-high WTA rankings are 112 in singles, achieved November 2020, and world No. 64 in doubles, set on 10 October 2022. She has won four WTA Challenger doubles titles, and also seven singles and 19 doubles titles on tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit.

Maja Chwalińska and Daria Kuczer were the defending champions, but chose to participate with different partners. Chwalińska played alongside Ulrikke Eikeri, while Kuczer partnered Stefania Rogozińska Dzik. The two teams played in the first round, with Chwalińska and Eikeri winning.

The 2021 WTA Poland Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the first edition of the WTA Poland Open, and part of the WTA 250 series of the 2021 WTA Tour. The 2024 Polish Open was a professional women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the fifth edition of the tournament and second as a WTA 125 event which is also part of the 2024 WTA 125 tournaments. It took place at the Legia Tennis Centre in Warsaw, Poland between 22 and 28 July 2024 after the previous editions had been held in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

Anna Blinkova and Mayar Sherif defeated Alina Korneeva and Anastasia Zakharova in the final, 2–6, 6–1, [10–8] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2024 Jasmin Open. It was Sherif's first WTA Tour doubles title and Blinkova's second.

Weronika Falkowska and Katarzyna Kawa were the defending champions, but Falkowska chose not to participate and Kawa chose to compete in Midland instead.
