Instead, the race started and finished in nearby Eurre and featured five climbs, including a triple ascent of the Mur d'Eurre, the last of which summited with five kilometers left. It formed a pair of races on the same weekend with the 2021 Faun-Ardèche Classic, held on the previous day, with both races being organized by Boucles Drôme Ardèche.

The 2021 Bredene Koksijde Classic was the 18th edition of the Bredene Koksijde Classic road cycling one day race, which was held on 19 March 2021, starting and finishing in the titular towns of Bredene and Koksijde, respectively.
