Matteo Berrettini defeated Cameron Norrie in the final, 6–4, 6–7(5–7), 6–3, to win the singles tennis title at the 2021 Queen's Club Championships. Marc-Andrea Hüsler defeated Holger Rune in the final, 6–4, 7–6(10–8) to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Sofia Open. It was his first ATP Tour title, and he saved two match points en route, in his quarterfinal match against Kamil Majchrzak.

Novak Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Astana Open. It was his 90th ATP Tour-level singles title.

Félix Auger-Aliassime defeated Sebastian Korda in the final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 European Open. It was his second title in as many weeks and third career ATP Tour singles title overall.

Daniil Medvedev defeated Denis Shapovalov in the final, 4–6, 6–3, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Vienna Open.

Jannik Sinner defeated Alex de Minaur in the final, 7–5, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Rotterdam Open. Sinner became the first male player since Lleyton Hewitt, in 2001, to win his debut event as Grand Slam champion, after his Australian Open victory the previous month.

Carlos Alcaraz defeated defending champion Jannik Sinner in the final, 6–7(6–8), 6–4, 7–6(7–3) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 China Open. It was his 16th career ATP Tour title. Alcaraz became the first player since 2009 to win an ATP 500 singles title on every surface – clay, grass and hard.
