The 25th New York Film Critics Online Awards winners will be announced on December 15, 2025, presented to recognize the best of film in 2025.

Nominations were announced on December 8, 2025. Paul Thomas Anderson's thriller One Battle After Another led the nominations with eleven, followed by Hamnet , Sinners , and Sentimental Value , all with nine nods each. ^{[1] [2]}
