During the 2025 season, AFC Toronto won the 2025 Supporters' Shield. [1]

On February 2, 2026, AFC Toronto announced its 2026 preseason roster, featuring 19 returning players who had been part of the squad during the 2025 season, with head coach Marko Milanović saying “Having a strong core returning from last year allows us to build more quickly and raise standards. The additions we’ve made give us flexibility and competition across the group as we prepare for the season.” [2]
