In the final of Oktagon Middleweight Tournament bout between the current Oktagon Middleweight Champion Kerim Engizek and Krzysztof Jotko headlined the event. [1]
A middleweight bout between Dominik Humburger and Jamie Cordero was scheduled for this event. [2] However, Cordero withdrew from the bout due to an injury and was replaced by David Zawada. [3] In turn, Humburger had to withdraw from the bout due to health reasons and was replaced by Daniel Ligocki. On January 11, the promotion announced that Humburger will return at Oktagon 87 on April 25. [4]
The following fighter received €5,000 bonus.

[7] The pairing was originally scheduled to take place at Oktagon 78 in October 2025, but Vosgröne withdrew from the bout before the weigh-ins due to suffered an injury. [8] In turn, Vosgröne withdrew from the bout due to a shoulder injury and was replaced by Alexander Poppeck. [9] [10]

Konrad Dyrschka was expected to face returning veteran Matěj Kuzník in a 161 pounds bout. However, Dyrschka was forced to withdraw due to an injury and was replaced by Hafeni Nafuka. [16]
A middleweight bout between Daniel Ligocki and Milan Ďatelinka was scheduled for this event. However, the bout was removed from the event after Ligocki pulled to face David Zawada at Oktagon 82 on January 17. [4]
