The 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup qualification for the FIBA Asia-Oceania region, will begin in November 2025 and will concluded in March 2027. The process will determine the seven teams that will join the automatically qualified host Qatar at the 2027 FIBA World Cup. [1]
In total, eight World Cup berths will be allocated for the Asia-Oceania region. A slot was automatically given to Qatar as host.

The 16 teams that qualify for the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup will participate in the first round of the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup Asian qualifiers. Qatar, the host of the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup, will also participate in the qualifiers, despite being automatically qualified for the tournament.
