A-Rosa Cruises is a cruise line based in Rostock, Germany, which operates river cruises in Germany. [1]
A-Rosa was established in 2001 as A'Rosa, as a subsidiary of P&O Princess Cruises. The company was created to serve the German cruise market, alongside the AIDA Cruises fleet, which had been acquired by P&O in 1999. A'Rosa was modeled loosely on the AIDA concept and began life with three ships. A'Rosa Blu , was the sole cruise ship of the fleet, accompanied by A'Rosa Bella and A'Rosa Donna , two newly built river cruise ships. In 2003, P&O Princess merged with Carnival Corporation to form Carnival Corporation & plc. The A'Rosa brand was sold soon after the merger and was purchased by a private company which owned A-ROSA Flussschiff. The company continues to operate river cruises on the Danube, Main, Mosel, Rhine, Rhône and Saône rivers.

Swan Hellenic is a British cruise line specialising in expedition tours of historical or cultural interest aimed at the upper end of the cruise market. Swan Hellenic was first established as Swan's Tours in the 1950s as a tour operator carrying guests to historic sites, providing enrichment throughout their trips. In 1983, Swan Hellenic was acquired by P&O and became a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc in 2003, but it ended operations in 2007 after Carnival discontinued the brand. Shortly after, All Leisure Holidays Group purchased and revived Swan Hellenic, but ended its operations in 2017. G Adventures acquired the brand later that year and planned to revive it for a second time in 2018, but sold the brand to a private group in 2020, which plans to resume Swan Hellenic's operations with its first-ever new-build ship in 2021.

Pacific Jewel was a cruise ship. Originally debuting in 1990, Pacific Jewel has operated for numerous cruise lines throughout her history. She debuted as Crown Princess for Princess Cruises in 1990 before being transferred to A'Rosa Cruises as A'Rosa Blu in 2002. In 2004, she was transferred to AIDA Cruises as AIDAblu. In 2007, she was transferred to Ocean Village as Ocean Village Two. In 2009, she was transferred to P&O Cruises Australia as Pacific Jewel. In 2018, she was sold to Jalesh Cruises and renamed Karnika, debuting in 2019. Jalesh Cruises ceased operating in October 2020. She was sold for scrap in Alang, India in 2020.

The MS Costa Marina was a cruise ship, last owned by Polaris Shipping and operated by Harmony Cruises. She was built in 1969 by the Wärtsilä Turku Shipyard in Turku, Finland as the container ship Axel Johnson for the Sweden-based Rederi AB Nordstjernan and operated on their Johnson Line services. In 1986 she was sold to Regency Cruises with the intention of being converted into a cruise ship under the name Regent Sun, but she was laid up instead. In 1987 she was sold to and renamed Italia but continued laid up. In 1988 the ship was acquired by Costa Cruises, renamed Costa Marina and rebuilt into a cruise ship at the T. Mariotti shipyard in Genoa, Italy. She entered service as the Costa Marina in 1990. From 2002 she was marketed more towards German passengers.

Carnival Panorama is a Vista-class cruise ship operated by Carnival Cruise Line. After Carnival finalized the ship's order with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri in December 2016, the vessel had her keel laid in January 2018. She was formally delivered in October 2019 as the last Vista-class vessel and as the flagship of the fleet; she has served in the latter role until the Mardi Gras debuted in 2021. Measuring 133,868 GT and 323 m long, she is the largest of Carnival's three Vista-class vessels. Since her debut in December 2019, she has been homeported at the Port of Long Beach and sails week-long itineraries to the Mexican Riviera.
