A Different Shade is the debut studio album from Swedish singer Erik Segerstedt, [1] released on February 1, 2007. It debuted at number two on the Swedish Albums Chart. The album spawned two singles, "Can't Say I'm Sorry", a number-one single, and "How Did we Change", a number-two single.

"Never Gonna Say I'm Sorry" is a song by Swedish band Ace of Base, released as a single in March 1996. It was the third single released from the band's album The Bridge. The song was written by band member Jonas Berggren, who was hoping to reproduce the flavour of their hit "All That She Wants". Jonas specifically mentions the similarities between the two songs in the liner notes of the booklet for The Bridge album: "We decided early on to do an "All That She Wants" arrangement and drums because it's always fun to have something old on a new record." In Europe, the song peaked at number 6 in Hungary, number 12 in Denmark, number 17 in Finland, number 24 in Sweden and number 38 in Austria. In the US, "Never Gonna Say I'm Sorry" reached number 6 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. And in Canada, it peaked at number 53 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart.
