Based on the novel of the same name by Umera Ahmad, who also wrote the screenplay, it originally aired from November 30,2012, to May 24, 2013, in Pakistan. The story revolves around two people, opposite in thoughts and financial status, and has a strong female protagonist, contributing to its popularity amongst women.

Sammi(in Punjabi سمی ) is a Pakistani television drama serial about social causes that airs on Hum TV from 28 January 2017. It is written by Noor ul Huda Shah and directed by Saife Hassan. Set in rural Rahim Yar Khan, the series centers social issues on the rural society revolving around the concept of Vanni and shows moral lessons against common issues such as gender discrimination. Depicting the Vanni concept, storyline revolves around the journey of Sammi, a young girl who was sold off by her family to the Chaudhry family where her brother had killed her fiancé. Simultaneously it revolves around reality based issues with different characters within the same plot. It was nominated for Best Drama Serial at the 6th Hum Awards.

Alif is a 2019 Pakistani spiritual-romantic TV series created by Sana Shahnawaz and Samina Humayun Saeed under their then newly-formed production house, Epic Entertainment. It was written by Umera Ahmad and based on her novel of the same name. It was directed by Haseeb Hassan and starred Hamza Ali Abbasi, Sajal Aly, Kubra Khan ,and Ahsan Khan in leading roles.
Bandish is a Pakistani supernatural horror drama series co-produced by Fahad Mustafa, and Dr. Ali Kazmi under Big Bang Entertainment and directed by Aabis Raza. Spanning over two seasons, the first season features Marina Khan, Sajid Hassan, Hira, Mani, Zubab Rana and Zainab Ahmed as leads whilst Farah Shah plays the main antagonist. It was first aired on 21 January 2019 on ARY Digital. It tells the story of a woman named Sumbul, who after being bullied in University and being rejected and made fun of by her crush Junaid, many years later, turns to black magic and sorcery to cast evil spells on Junaid and his family, which consists of a wife and three daughter. The second season premiered on 28 April 2023 with Areej Mohyuddin, Affan Waheed, Amna Ilyas, Shuja Asad, Sania Saeed and Zainab Qayyum.
Raqeeb Se is a Pakistani romantic drama television series produced by Momina Duraid, written by Bee Gul and directed by Kashif Nisar. It aired on Hum TV from 20 January 2021 to 26 May 2021 all under MD Productions. Raqeeb Se revolves around the repercussions of a love story stretched around one's entire life. It features an ensemble cast of Hadiqa Kiani, Nauman Ijaz, Sania Saeed, Iqra Aziz, Faryal Mehmood and Saqib Sumeer.

It is directed by Mazhar Moin and written by Saji Gul. It stars Sania Saeed, Azfar Rehman, Hina Altaf, Ali Abbas and Iffat Rahim in lead roles. Mere Humsafar is a Romantic Pakistani drama television series produced by Humayun Saeed and Shehzad Naseeb under the banner Six Sigma Plus. Directed by Qasim Ali Mureed and written by Saira Raza, it aired from 30 December 2021 to 29 September 2022 on ARY Digital. It stars Farhan Saeed and Hania Aamir as leads along with Saba Hameed, Waseem Abbas, Samina Ahmad, Zoya Nasir and Omer Shahzad in supporting roles.
Iltija (transl. Imploration) is a Pakistani television physiological drama series produced by Sana Shahnawaz and Samina Humayun Saeed under banner Next Level Entertainment. It is written by Saji Gul and directed by Mazhar Moin. Iltija focuses on the struggle of families who bring up children with abnormalities such as Down Syndrome and Quadriplegia. It features a leading cast of Affan Waheed, Tooba Siddiqui, Rubina Ashraf, Imran Ashraf and child star Caitlyn Espinherio who is actually a Down Syndrome's victim.
Kala Doriya is a Pakistani romance comedy-drama television series that was first broadcast on Hum TV on 16 September 2022. Momina Duraid produced the show under the banner, MD Productions. It was written by Saima Akram Chaudhry and directed by Danish Nawaz. Zaib-un-Nisa is a Pakistani television series directed by Sahira Kazmi, based on a script by Azra Babar and first broadcast on PTV in 2000. It focuses on the subject of domestic violence.
