Son of Sardaar is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Ashwni Dhir. A remake of 2010 Telugu film Maryada Ramanna directed by S. S. Jab Tak Hai Jaan, also simply known as JTHJ, is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Yash Chopra and written and produced by his son Aditya Chopra under their banner Yash Raj Films. The film is the sequel to Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and the second installment in the YRF Spy Universe. The film stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles from the predecessor alongside Sajjad Delafrooz, Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra, Nawab Shah, Ivan Rodrigues, Girish Karnad and Paresh Rawal. In Tiger Zinda Hai, Avinash "Tiger" Singh Rathore (Khan) and Zoya Humaini-Rathore (Kaif) must come out of hiding to save hostages held by a militant terrorist organisation in Iraq.
